2021 Fellow Frances Rankin has joined the Guardian as a Video Producer.

Frances has hit the ground running – with her first assignment located in Lithuania where she’ll be producing, shooting and directing a film about Brits travelling abroad for surgery.

Frances told us, “I had a great time at Channel 4 News but [am] very excited to make more original films at the Guardian focusing on both UK and international stories.”
