Huge congratulations from the Trust to long time supporter Martin Lewis on receipt of his CBE!

Martin, a campaigning journalist and finance expert, received the honour from Prince Charles in a ceremony at Windsor Castle in mid-July. The honour was awarded for services to broadcasting and consumer rights. It recognises his tireless work providing essential financial information and supporting those who might be struggling with cost of living via his website moneysavingexpert.com, the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute charity he established and his ITV show, The Martin Lewis Money Show.

Martin has been a valued supporter of the Trust for many years, most recently providing us with an ‘in-conversation’ style masterclass on campaigning journalism, exclusive to our Fellowship. He celebrated with his wife Lara Lewington, tech journalist, BBC Click presenter and Senior Fellow at the Trust.
