The International Women’s Podcast Festival is presented by Content is Queen an award-winning podcasting agency and community that works to amplify minority voices.

The one-day event will bring together a global community of female innovators and leaders in podcasting, audio and radio. Ellie, a Trust 2022 Fellow, will be speaking as part of the News Podcasting panel, sharing her experience of working on some of the biggest news stories for organisations like the Economist and POLITICO.

She says, “I’m really excited to be on the panel, talking all about how you can deal with fast-paced news in a podcast setting.”

The Festival will take place at King’s Place, London, on 18 June and will also be livestreamed. The lineup has been curated to create an intersectional, inclusive space where attendees from every background can see themselves represented. Other speakers include Leanne Alie, Moya Lothian-McLean, Roshan Roberts and Maryam Pasha.
