The Trust is pleased to welcome new team member Ursula Billington who has come on board as Coordinator. She will be supporting the team with communications and events.

Ursula has a background in project management, communications and events organisation for arts, wellbeing and environment charities. In these former roles she has embraced an ethos of increased public engagement, widened participation and solid, dynamic partnerships.

Ursula is also a freelance journalist, writing on community, creativity and the environment. She favours a constructive journalism approach, publishing a collection of empowered community responses to the climate emergency in 2021. She is a regular contributor to European sustainability platform Arc2020 and a member of its strategic partnership. She spends the rest of her time on the fiddle.

Ursula is looking forward to getting stuck into supporting the Trust’s vital drive towards a more inclusive and diverse media.
