2022 Fellow Tristan Werkmeister joins Reuters as their first Social Media Video Reporter
Tristan will produce social-first content for the agency’s millions of followers on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. He’ll focus on original reporting in the EMEA region.

2022 Fellow Niamh Hughes produces interviews for BBC 100 Women 2024
Niamh embarked on her first season with the BBC’s flagship award winning initiative 100 Women. Producing interviews with Sharon Stone, RAYE and Tracey Emin, across online, TV and radio including BBC News at Six and the BBC News website.
After nearly 10 incredible years at the BBC, Niamh will be leaving in May to seek out new opportunities as a freelance producer and journalist.
2024 Senior Fellow Josh Parry promoted to Senior Journalist Reporter at BBC News
Josh will continue reporting on stories related to the LGBT community and identity for BBC News in this more senior role. His recent investigation into Pink News included a compelling documentary on BBC iPlayer and coverage across BBC News.
