Marta Santiváñeza (2023) is sitting in front of the microphone instead of producing behind the scenes for the first time, as she explores how history influences politics in Spain.

Marta worked on the podcast ‘Stories of our Times’ for Times Radio, where she is normally a producer.

She told us, “I normally produce radio programmes from a control room, so sitting in front of a microphone was an exciting challenge. It was a pleasure to get to explore journalistically how history influences politics in Spain, and to share this part of the country’s reality with our audience.”
