Layla Wright, 2021 Fellow and member of our advisory board, has been taken under the wing of famous documentarian Louis Theroux. 

Journalist and presenter Layla is the new Creator in Residence at Mindhouse TV which will see her based at the independent TV production company, founded in 2019 by filmmakers Theroux, Arron Fellows and Nancy Strang, for six months. She will be working on developing more of her own documentaries.  

Layla said, “I’m so excited to be guided by Louis, a journalist and storyteller I’ve always admired. As soon as I met the team, I knew it was a special place to be and somewhere I’d learn so much.

We’re working hard on bringing everyone some brave new documentaries.”
