On the same day that our new CEO started, we learned that we have been awarded a grant of £7,500 from the JRSST Charitable Trust (JRSST-CT)!

This will allow us to expand our online mentoring scheme to reach more sixth formers who want to find out about working in the news industry. This opens up the pipeline of talent coming into the news industry and, for this reason, our online mentoring scheme forms a key part of our mission to have all UK newsrooms as diverse as the audiences they serve.
