2023 Fellow Elizabeth Haigh has signed with Eleanor Pine at Pew Literary for a memoir about trauma.
Elizabeth Haigh has been working on the book for the past few months, which is an honest account of living through trauma and how people are affected in the aftermath of a traumatic event. The book is based on Elizabeth’s own experiences and those of the people around her. It tracks her journey of learning to accept and deal with trauma, and offers advice.
Elizabeth told us “I’m thrilled to have been able to sign with a book agent for my upcoming book. Trauma is a topic we too often brush under the carpet, and it’s vital that other people have resources and stories they can turn to in order to help them cope with traumatic experiences in their and their loved ones’ lives. I’m really looking forward to sharing my story and starting a conversation about the impacts traumatic experiences can have.”
Elizabeth is a home news reporter for MailOnline and has previously worked at MyLondon and LBC.
The book’s release date has not been announced.
