A Trust 2023 Fellow, Eamon has been nominated in the data journalism category for the NCTJ Awards for Excellence. 

He has been recognised for a story produced for Bloomberg on the spread of London’s housing crisis, where the number of people seeking rooms has reached an all time high and the number of rooms available is at a record low. Eamon analysed data found on SpareRoom.com for his story, which demonstrates that the squeeze in housing represents one of the constraints holding back the UK economy.
